That's a wrap

The first week is officially over. We had a lot of activity around Good News Preschool! It was a week of getting used to a school routine, talking about ourselves, our families, and learning about the Bible story of Abraham. We did some science, fine motor skills, gross motor skill games, singing, dancing, and drawing. We made art projects, dance parties, a teddy bear picnic, and even a service project where we decorated lunch sacks to give to the Americore workers who are helping with the cleanup from Hurricane Harvey (and soon will be helping clean up from Hurricane Irma). For the next two weeks we will be collecting socks and underwear to donate to Hurricane victims. So if you are out shopping this weekend, please consider buying an extra pack of socks or underwear to drop off in our collection box!
