Thanking our Veterans

Friday morning, in honor of Veterans Day, our two oldest classes took some very special handmade cards over to Cottonwood Creek. One by one, our students took turns giving the cards to the veterans there, telling them "Thank you for your service!"

The smiles that our children brought the residents were so heartwarming. Our students are learning to be more comfortable around people of all ages, and they are learning how they are an instrument of God's love!
